Delete your account and data
You can delete your Patistik account at any time. Deletion cannot be undone.
1. In the app or on the website
- Log in.
- Pet owners: My Profile → "Delete account" at the top right.
- Groomers: Groomer Panel → "Delete account" at the bottom of the menu.
- Confirm; your account is deleted immediately.
2. If you can't log in
Email destek@patistik.com.tr from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account". We process requests within 30 days.
What is deleted?
- Your account details (name, email, phone, password)
- Your saved pets and their photos
- Your forum posts, comments and likes
- Your notification subscriptions
- Groomers: your salon profile, services, photos and client cards
What is kept anonymously?
Your past appointments are the groomer's business records and are kept, but your name, phone, email, address and notes are removed (shown as "Deleted user"). Ratings and texts of your salon reviews remain, without your name.
