1. General

Patistik (patistik.com.tr) is a booking platform that connects pet groomers with pet owners. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Creating an Account

• You must register with accurate, genuine information.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• Each person may hold only one account.
• You may not use the platform if you are under 18.

3. For Groomers

• Your profile information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Applications are reviewed by Patistik and may be approved or rejected.
• Misleading information or fake profiles result in account deletion.
• You are expected to respond to booking requests within a reasonable time.

4. For Clients

• Once booked, cancellations should be arranged with the groomer.
• Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

Patistik is an intermediary platform. Groomers are independent service providers, and Patistik cannot be held directly liable for the quality of the service delivered. We do try to mediate between the parties in the event of a dispute.

6. Intellectual Property

The Patistik logo, design and content are protected by copyright and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform means you accept the current terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute.
