Patistik collects the following personal data:

• Name, surname and email address (at sign-up)
• For groomers: business name, address, phone and experience details
• Booking and transaction history
• Login and usage data

3. Why We Use It

The data we collect is used only to:

• Create accounts and verify identity
• Match groomers with clients and manage bookings
• Keep the platform secure and prevent fraud
• Meet our legal obligations

4. Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties except where legally required. Our infrastructure uses Supabase (database) and Resend (email); those providers operate under their own privacy policies.

5. Security

Your data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is held on secure servers. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

6. Your Rights

Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK) you have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to destek@patistik.com.tr.

7. Cookies

Patistik uses strictly necessary cookies for session management — without them you cannot log in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
